Lead, Lifecycle Marketing
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have:
- About the role: could be the "Why Housecall Pro?" and "Role Overview" combined? Probably "About the role" heading with description of role and company mission.
- Responsibilities: corresponds to "What You Do Each Day" list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: we have "Qualifications" and "What Will Help You Succeed" (skills). Could split: Requirements = Qualifications (hard requirements). Skills = What Will Help You Succeed (soft skills). Or combine.
- Benefits: we have benefits listed in "We Also Offer A generous benefits program..." and also in Location Dependent Information: health care insurance, etc. So we need Benefits section.
- Pay: salary range given: $83,600-$104,000 + equity.
- Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule section if not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy notice, AI, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive information.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll create sections as needed.
Structure:
About the role
... (company mission, why Housecall Pro, role overview)
Responsibilities
- ... each bullet from "What You Do Each Day"
Requirements
- ... from Qualifications bullet list
Skills
- ... from What Will Help You Succeed bullet list
Benefits
- ... benefits list
Pay
... salary range + equity
We must not include Schedule. Check that we don't include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: include company description, global team, mission, etc. Let's extract text. From "Why Housecall Pro?": "Help us build solutions that build better lives. At Housecall Pro, we show up to work every day to make a difference for real people: the home service professionals that support America’s 100 million homes. We’re all about the Pro, and dedicate our days to helping them streamline operations, scale their businesses, and—ultimately—save time so they can be with their families and live well. While our headquarters are based in Denver, Colorado, our team spans the globe, with teammates across Brazil, Poland, the Philippines, Mexico, and beyond. We care deeply about our customers and foster a culture where our company, people and Pros grow and succeed together—no matter where they’re based. Leadership is as focused on growing team members’ careers as they expect their teams to be on creating solutions for Pros." Then "We Also Offer A generous benefits program that supports the whole you with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k)Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off Equity in a rapidly growing startup backed by top-tier VCsMonthly tech reimbursementsA culture built on innovation that values big ideas, no matter where they come from" That seems run-on; need to parse: benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k); paid holidays; flexible PTO; equity; monthly tech reimbursements; culture of innovation. Then "Role Overview As the Lead, Lifecycle Marketing, you manage the full spectrum of lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and driving conversions. You oversee campaign strategy, execution, and analysis across multiple channels, collaborating closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration with overall marketing strategies. Your role requires analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and continuously evolving strategies to meet business goals. You ensure campaigns are personalized, timely, and compliant with relevant regulations, providing a cohesive experience across all customer touchpoints. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard-working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success." Then "What You Do Each Day" list. Then "Qualifications" list. Then "What Will Help You Succeed" list. Then "Location Dependent Information This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $83,600-$104,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits." We need to avoid duplication: benefits already listed earlier; but we can combine. We must not include boilerplate like "Housecall Pro is growing fast..." etc after that? Actually after Location Dependent Information there is more description about company, mission, etc. That is substantive but maybe duplicates earlier. We should preserve all substantive information, but we can include it in About the role section. We must remove EEO, privacy notice, AI, etc. At the end there is a lot of boilerplate: "Housecall Pro celebrates diversity..." etc. Remove that. Thus final HTML:About the role

Check for duplication: benefits list includes both "Flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off" and "Flexible time off" (duplicate). Could combine but we must preserve all info; maybe keep both but could deduplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. The posting had "Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off" earlier and later "flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits." So we have "flexible time off" appears twice; we should keep only one instance.
