About the role
Deliver essential administrative, fiscal, and operational support to the Parts Inventory Manager.
Serve as the central administrative hub for the Parts division at our Kasch Park location, providing supplementary support to Vehicle Maintenance personnel as needed.
Facilitate departmental accounting processes, manage represented staff timekeeping, and assist with processing warranty claims.
Act as the vital link between Parts, vendors, and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate financial exchanges and maintaining strict compliance with agency policies and labor agreements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver essential administrative, fiscal, and operational support to the Parts Inventory Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License.

- Experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule
Term-Limited Position: This position is funded as a term-limited assignment with a minimum duration of 12 months.
