Lead Janitor

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Operate ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers
• Lead and support employees during assigned shift
• Cook up and support employees during assigned shift
• Cook up and support employees during assigned shift
• Cook up and support employees during assigned shift
• Cook up and support employees during assigned shift
• Coordinate daily cleaning operational tasks
• Communicate client requests, concerns, and operational updates to management
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Aid with training and cross-training employees as needed
• Assist with other assigned duties to support operation needs

Requirements

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
