About the role
The IAM Operations Sr. Associate will work with the IAM Operations Manager on core IAM functions. Key responsibilities include leading IAM projects, assisting in project requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead IAM projects with guidance from the IAM Operations Manager
- Assist in managing the team providing IAM services
- Define IAM project requirements for process, workflow, and report definitions
- Develop documentation, subject training, and knowledge material on entitlement management processes
- Evaluate existing processes, tools, and services and suggest improvements
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Support IAM in creating review definitions and managing reviews
Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity about IT security, particularly in access management and privileged account security
- Familiarity with PAM concepts such as least privilege, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and access workflows
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- One or more information security or audit certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus
- 2+ years hands-on experience with PAM/IAM/Cybersecurity solutions
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration
- Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating into system requirements
- Role-oriented access management and definition
- Clear understanding of audit & risk controls for technology systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience with IAM tools such as RSA IGL, Bravura PAM, PlainID and others
- Understanding of IT risks and their business implications
- Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize, focus, and execute tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to write report segments and participate in presentations
- Possess a balance of analytical problem-solving ability, good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and technical acumen

Pay and Schedule
