About the role
Closets by Design is experiencing steady growth and is immediately hiring 2 qualified candidates for our Lead Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer facing appearance

Pay
High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay. Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually while working 5 days a week.
Schedule
Average promotion time from hire to lead installer is 9 months, working 5 days a week.
