Lead In-Training Installer

About the role
We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Lead-In-Training Installer to join our team and support installations of residential HVAC systems. The role involves assisting in complete heat pump or air-conditioner/furnace change-outs in customers' homes, following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. Training will be provided in our office, classroom, and on-the-job. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Installer on each installation job following the job summary, pictures and videos, and guidance from the Installation Manager.
- Help prepare the installation truck with all supplies and materials necessary to complete each job.
- Communicate frequently with the Lead Installer to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of HVAC installation experience.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Introductory knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Valid, insurable driver's license and pass a drug screening.
