Lead Installation Technician- Richmond

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Lead Technician or strong Level II Technician ready to step into a leadership track. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently in the field and wants to grow into leading projects and teams. You’ll play a key role in deploying and supporting enterprise-level security systems, working hands-on while developing leadership skills with real support and training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support installation projects for enterprise security systems
• Install, terminate, configure, and test systems with minimal supervision
• Oversee job sites and coordinate team activities during installs
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for customers
• Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
• Track project progress and maintain organized documentation

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certifications with any of the following: Access Control Genetec, Lenel/S2, Software House, Pro-Watch, OpenPath Video Systems Axis, Milestone, Avigilon, Exacq, Genetec, Hanwha, MaxPro, Victor Intrusion Systems Bosch, DSC, DMP, Vista Hardware ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
