Lead Installation Technician
Description
The Security Technician will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage technologies. This position works alongside project leads and superintendents to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service access control and CCTV systems
- Pull, terminate, label, and test cabling
- Assist with system startup and commissioning
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Follow project drawings and installation standards
- Complete required project documentation
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Security, install, CCTV, and access control experience
- Familiarity with commercial construction sites
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $25.00 – $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
