RAIR, LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Installation Technician to join our team of dedicated HVAC professionals. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll install residential HVAC systems to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring precision and efficiency
  • Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate execution
  • Conduct system start-ups and ensure full functionality upon installation
  • Communicate with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold all safety standards
  • Complete required documentation for each job, including installation checklists and time tracking
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Uphold RAIR’s standards of professionalism and customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality control
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Pay

$24-$30+ per hour + Year-End Bonus

Schedule

Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday–Thursday with potential for overtime

Location

Onsite throughout residential projects in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC region.
