Lead Installation Technician
Day in the Life
- Wakes up early to start the day
- Brushes teeth and dresses professionally
- Arrives at the customer's home on time in the provided installation truck
- Provides 6-star service resulting in excellent reviews
- Receives real-time coaching and support
- Collects payment from the customer
- Transfers to the warehouse with the team to prepare for the next day's work
Job Duties
- Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
- Accurately diagnoses problems of client's HVAC systems
- Effectively recommends service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
- Performs service, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio
- Optimizes profitability through effective time management and inventory control
- Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
- Maintains the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean both inside and out
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
