Lead Installation Technician

Day in the Life

• Wakes up early to start the day
• Prepares the installation truck and company-provided devices
• Meets with the Installation Manager to discuss previous day's work and plan for the day
• Arrives at the customer home promptly to provide 6-star service
• Gets real-time coaching and support
• Collects payment from the customer
• Transfers to the warehouse to prepare for the next day's work

Job Duties

• Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnoses problems of client's HVAC systems
• Effectively recommends service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Performs service, maintenance, and repairs with a less than 1% callback ratio
• Manages time and inventory effectively to optimize profitability
• Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring it is clean both inside and out

Pay

Pay range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
