Lead Insights Analyst (Remote)

We are expanding our Analytics function and are seeking an Insights Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Insights team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate performance, trends, forecasts and bugs across multiple traffic sources and user journeys, reporting back to stakeholders with recommendations
• Proactively identify areas where the data team can add value to the business, and collaborate with business and marketing teams to action those insights.
• Contribute to reporting and ad-hoc data requests from the General Manager of your dedicated business area and members of their team.
• Accelerate the organization from basic reporting and analysis to predictive/prescriptive analytics by outputting data products that can be used to generate reusable insights
• Act as the primary data contact for your business area, working with the General Manager and members of their team to gather requirements, prioritize projects and communicate progress on a regular basis.
