About the role
The Global Technology team at Prudential is dedicated to driving digital transformation through innovation, speed, agility, scalability, and efficiency. As a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer in the Identity Governance and Administration team, you will collaborate with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to enhance Prudential’s Identity Management platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to define feature stories and work with tech leads to define technical designs.
- Implement solutions for identity management projects with hands-on effort.
- Engage in complex problem-solving, analyzing intangible variables, and performing root cause analysis on defects.
- Partner with operations support and QA testing teams to address technical and process issues.
- Work on identity governance platforms to ensure compliance with Information Security Standards and processes.
- Maintain product security and code integrity throughout the product lifecycle, integrating new security features and updates.
- Provide input and coach team members on relevant and emerging identity technologies.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) V8.4 and higher, including deep understanding of Workflow / Forms / Application Onboarding / API & Plugins.
- Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (P1AIC) or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent experience in identity security related field.
- Knowledge of security identity architectures and frameworks, privileged access management, audit and compliance engagements, and ability to handle PCI/SOX/Fed regulatory requirements.
- Ability to mentor others and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of relevant and emerging identity technologies.
- CISSP, CCSP, or Identity Management Institute certifications preferred.
