Responsibilities

• Shape a new classroom to your own vision
• Work with both children and fellow staff members to deliver a great experience to students and families
• Implement and present ideas in the classroom
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of children

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA required
• Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting required
• Patient, positive demeanor
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Authorization to work in the US required
• Pass Minnesota background study
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
