About the role

Looking for experienced CNA or PCA to serve as the Lead caregiver for the Starkville area. The position involves providing supervision, supporting staff, and delivering compassionate care to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead caregiver for the Starkville area
• Provide supervision and support to caregiving staff
• Ensure staff have the resources needed to perform their best work
• Work with older adults, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and compassion
• Collaborate in a team environment when needed

Requirements

• Active CNA license or experience in home care working with older adults
• Excellent customer service skills and compassion for older adults
• Availability to work day shifts with option to work nights if shifts are available
• Willingness to work weekdays and 1‑2 weekends per month
• Ability to work variable shifts (4‑8 hrs, 7a‑7p, 7p‑7A)
• Ability to work in a team environment

Schedule

• Shifts vary: 4‑8 hour blocks, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.

• Must be willing to work weekdays and 1‑2 weekends per month
