Lead Implementation Specialist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will guide complex client implementations, translating sophisticated investment workflows into practical technical solutions. You will partner closely with users, internal technical teams, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, strong adoption, and an excellent customer experience. The position also plays an important role in identifying expansion opportunities and improving implementation processes based on real-world client needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical product guidance tailored to customer processes
• Communicate effectively with sophisticated users by applying investment principles in the industry
• Create and prioritize user workflow and custom report specifications for technical integration teams
• Identify client growth opportunities during the implementation process
• Collaborate with product development to improve the company's offerings based on client workflows
• Deliver user training and support the creation of training materials
• Facilitate client communications to ensure smooth transitions from implementation to support
• Implement and enhance deployments for improved user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 6 years of experience with analytics tools and related implementation work
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows
• Advanced technical skills, including expertise in writing complex screening codes
• Understanding of client utilization of analytics and performance solutions products
• Preferred certifications: CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA
• Detail-oriented with a capacity for strategic thinking
• Strong initiative and ownership mindset
• Willingness to travel as required
