Responsibilities
- Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs
- Own the implementation process and train clients on software for successful adoption
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage timelines and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project requirements and alignment
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members
- Monitor client progress to ensure adoption within scope and schedule
- Host virtual or in-person sessions for customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management or related B2B role, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management
- Track record of managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and effective problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
