Lead Implementation Ops - Majors PM Led

About the role

The Implementation Team Lead at Paylocity will oversee the Implementation Consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership. They will also collaborate with the Implementation Managers to ensure high-quality implementation and resolve client issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations for their designated team
• Delegate work assignments to various team members
• Support, coach, and develop new and existing team members
• Facilitate communication and expectations through regularly occurring meetings, 1:1s, or team huddles
• Provide input and recommendations to managers on performance management, promotional opportunities, employee terminations, and performance issues
• Develop and collaborate with management on best practices and ways to improve the team's performance
• Troubleshoot escalated client/departmental issues and offer client solutions that align to both satisfaction and organizational direction
• Accountability to meet defined KPIs
• Use functional and technical knowledge to assist team members
• Mentor/coach peers as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in an Implementation role
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• A complete understanding of Paylocity’s implementation standards, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in MS office
