Lead I Packout BPO

Shift: 3rd (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). Occasional overtime may be required on weekends or adjustments to scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties associated with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Guide, train, and lead a team to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products.
• Maintain continuous and efficient operation of all departmental processing equipment.
• Verify adherence to HACCP and internal GMP guidelines, ensuring product integrity throughout the Pack Out process.
• Direct multiple staff to manage varying production flows of Bulk/Retail products within the Pack Out Department.
• Adhere to and support all safety-related programs and requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment through leadership and mentorship.
• Bulk: Lead a team of 8–10 employees (staffing varies with production flow) in the Bulk Pack Out department, overseeing direction, coordination, and efficiency.
• Retail: Direct a team of 13–19 employees (staffing varies with production flow) in the Retail Pack Out department, ensuring overall team performance and efficiency.
• Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Physical Demands

• Frequently stand for long periods of time.
• Regularly talk, hear, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during order picking.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds using safe lifting techniques.
• Specific vision requirements include close and distance vision.

Work Environment

• Work in a freezer, cooler, or dock environment (0–32°F).
• Floor surfaces may be icy; caution is required when walking or operating equipment.
• Occasionally exposed to high or precarious places, outside weather conditions, and extreme cold.
• Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
