Lead HVAC Mechanic

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of buildings. Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and safe building systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment

Qualifications
