Lead HVAC Installer

Responsibilities
- Lead installation tasks
- Manage team dynamics and ensure accountability
- Communicate effectively with homeowners
Requirements
- 2+ years of lead install experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Clean cut and presentable appearance

Benefits
- $3000 sign on bonus
- Flexible schedule: 7am to 5pm or until the job is complete
- Occasional late finishes

Pay
The pay scale ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience and work ethic.
Schedule
Hours are 7am to 5pm or until the job is complete. On occasion you will finish later.
