Lead HVAC Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Works closely with clients to ensure system efficiency and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
