Lead HVAC Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Works closely with clients to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with HVAC systems and components

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with occasional weekend work as needed
