Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating is looking for a highly skilled person to join us in Redlands, CA and provide excellent service for our residential and commercial customers.

Typical schedule goes from Monday through Friday – no weekends.

Requirements

• Experience as a lead installer
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and install heating and cooling systems
• Work with your team to successfully pull off every project
• Train less experienced crew members in the best HVAC installation practices
• Ensure the client is happy and their expectations are met before packing up and heading to the next job
