About the role
At Prime Plumbing & Heating, we seek skilled Lead HVAC Installers to join our growing team. We offer positions as both W2 employees and 1099 contractors.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Boiler Experience is Required
