Lead HVAC Installer
THE BASICS
Pay: $120k–$150k/year
Schedule: Work anytime between 7 am–7 pm, Monday–Friday
Evening & weekend availability may be required depending on the season

Requirements
- Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy leading others by example?
- Are you committed to quality work and excellent customer service?
- Do you have 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience?
- Have you had 2 years of previous leadership or crew lead experience?
- Do you have strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques?
- Do you have EPA Certification required?
- Are you familiar with Service Titan and Google Suite?
- Can you lift, install, and maneuver HVAC equipment?
