Lead HVAC Installer
About the role
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations throughout the Pennsauken, NJ area. Oversee retrofit and installation projects, coordinate jobsite logistics, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in accurately installing new residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Oversee retrofit and installation projects
- Coordinate vital jobsite logistics to ensure smooth and seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with all codes and industry regulations
Requirements
- EPA certification
- 3+ years of experience leading residential and/or commercial heating and air conditioning installations
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
