Lead HVAC Installer

We are hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team, providing excellent customer service while installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Residential and light commercial retrofit/changeout installations
• New construction installation
• Team lead on jobsite and able to mentor helpers
• Duct installation (sheet metal and flex)
• Brazing and testing line sets
• Installing and testing gas piping
• Startups and troubleshooting
• Providing excellent customer service
• Daily use of ServiceTitan

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Ability to correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb with assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Base plus commission—total annual earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000.

7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
