About the role

Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects, overseeing daily operations and coordinating job activities to ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation operations and coordinate job activities.
• Ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of assigned projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
• Support team collaboration and maintain a productive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
