Lead HVAC Installer

You will serve as a key technical field leader, driving high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installation projects across the region. How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial heating and cooling installation projects.
- Execute precise equipment replacements, retrofits, and system setups following rigid safety standards.
- Coordinate daily jobsite logistics to maintain strict project execution timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot real-time mechanical challenges on-site to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to foster technical growth and team safety compliance.
- Represent company core values of professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional service on every jobsite.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC field installations.
- Proven background successfully completing complex residential or commercial heating and cooling projects.
- Strong ability to read technical schematics, system layouts, and manufacturer installation specifications.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to dynamic jobsite locations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading field teams or managing jobsite workflows in a primary installer role.
- Advanced knowledge of modern high-efficiency HVAC equipment and control systems.
- Demonstrated history of continuous technical education and manufacturer training certifications.
