Lead HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct regular system inspections
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Excellent customer service orientation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and safety protocols
