Lead HR Business Partner

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered.

As a Lead HR Business Partner, you’ll join a highly collaborative HR team that partners closely with business organizations to deliver meaningful business results. In this role, you’ll work side by side with sales leaders to shape talent strategies, strengthen engagement, and enable high-performing teams in a fast-moving, results-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identify and mitigate risks related to employee management.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Provide regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Support processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy and influence executive decisions. Implement long-term plans that impact the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, within an HR Center of Excellence, or in a related strategic HR role.
• Experience partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into talent and organizational strategies.
• Prior business leadership experience and demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational needs.

Pay

Individual starting salary within the range of $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
