About the role

The Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital - WJMC Campus is a key member of the healthcare team, assisting professional nursing personnel in providing comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Provide personal care services including feeding, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and comforting environment.
• Perform more complex clinical tasks under the supervision of professional nursing staff, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Completion of a nursing assistant course.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum six months of experience in acute or long-term care facilities.

Pay

$14.45 to $22.41 per hour, plus shift differentials.

Schedule

Days shifts available from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
