About the Role

This reputable Architecture and Design Firm in Downtown Chicago is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its interactive, collaborative, and successful culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• 7-12 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Architectural license preferred

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
• Experience in workplace, office space, office interiors, hospitality, or healthcare preferred
• Sufficient experience in proposals, contracts, and project plans
• Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Start-to-finish project management
• Effectively manage a team
• Consult with clients on project plans, contracts, and proposals
• Handle scheduling, estimates, budget, and planning to complete projects (drawings, models, images, materials, etc.)
• Professional client development skills
• Demonstrate leadership skills and build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Pay

$80,000–$125,000 (negotiable depending upon experience, business development capabilities, and technical skill set)
