Project Lead / Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change requests.
• Coincide with construction agents and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and activation activities.
• Participate in site visits and construction meetings.
• Develop project status reports and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of healthcare construction experience. Experience managing project schedules and construction documentation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance preferred. PMP or CCM certification. NAVFAC construction experience. USACE construction experience. Healthcare commissioning experience. Experience supporting hospital replacement programs.
