Lead Hardware Design Validation Engineer

About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve coding standards and practices.
• Participate in design sprints and workshops to ideate and prototype new features and improvements.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
• Document code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

Skills

Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
