  • Execute and refine verification and scale-testing procedures to evaluate product performance, functionality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Reproduce technical issues and determine whether failures are related to test scripts, software, firmware, or hardware.
  • Investigate test inconsistencies, support failure analysis, and recommend adjustments to product designs, test procedures, or manufacturing processes.
  • Produce detailed reports documenting test outcomes, debugging findings, failure-analysis activities, and engineering support work.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to cross-functional teams addressing hardware and software issues identified during validation and scale testing.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, operations teams, and other stakeholders to complete project deliverables on schedule.
  • Support additional engineering and product-validation assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field is required.
  • Five or more years of professional experience in hardware development, hardware validation, testing, or manufacturing engineering support.
  • Working knowledge of server systems, hardware components, system integration, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Understanding of computer hardware architecture and interfaces, including PCIe, USB, Ethernet, and system buses.
  • Experience troubleshooting server hardware, network switches, power-distribution systems, or personal computing devices.
  • Familiarity with hardware-management protocols such as Redfish and IPMI in validation or troubleshooting environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, issue-triage, documentation, and technical communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of completing assigned tasks independently while supporting broader team and project goals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
  • Must be able to remain seated at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods, navigate departments throughout the facility, and lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, soldering tools, and electronic rework equipment in laboratory or production environments.
  • Experience using Python or another scripting language for test automation, issue reproduction, or data analysis.
  • Experience creating technical procedures, validation reports, and test documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills.
