Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop, and customize Guidewire Claim Center solutions
• Configure screens, business rules, workflows, validations, and data models
• Build and support integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, code reviews, and testing
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 5+ years of Agile software development experience
• 7+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
• Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience
• Experience with ClaimCenter upgrade, implementation, or transformation projects

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
