Lead Generation Specialist / BDR – Recruiting Agency

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lead lists of U.S. healthcare companies and decision-makers
  • Generate new client leads through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach when needed
  • Follow up consistently with leads to create qualified conversations
  • Book meetings with potential clients for the sales/recruiting team
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Work closely with the team to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality
  • Consistently meet weekly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and booked meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, BDR, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales
  • Strong experience with cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Comfortable reaching out to U.S.-based clients and decision-makers
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Able to work independently and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or B2B services is strongly preferred

Pay

Competitive base pay, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives available for the right candidate.
