Responsibilities
- Build targeted lead lists of U.S. healthcare companies and decision-makers
- Generate new client leads through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels
- Research prospects and personalize outreach when needed
- Follow up consistently with leads to create qualified conversations
- Book meetings with potential clients for the sales/recruiting team
- Track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Work closely with the team to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality
- Consistently meet weekly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and booked meetings
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, BDR, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Strong experience with cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Comfortable reaching out to U.S.-based clients and decision-makers
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
- Able to work independently and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or B2B services is strongly preferred
Pay
Competitive base pay, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives available for the right candidate.
