The Lead Generation Specialist maintains a lead-focused, specialized execution workflow within a CRM, ensuring every checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action. The role requires reconciling documentation, coordinating follow-ups, reviewing reports, and enforcing quality control—all while adhering to the specific demands of international education and study/work-abroad programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain lead generation workflows in a CRM, ensuring traceability of source, owner, status, and next steps.
  • Reconcile role documentation with status tracking for work and study travel programs.
  • Coordinate lead follow-up with deadline management, keeping dependencies and exceptions clearly separated.
  • Review documentation and generate reports to surface unresolved items and prevent downstream rework.
  • Enforce quality control and workflow management to ensure commercial follow-through remains usable and accurate.
  • Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for future reference.
  • Use judgment in follow-ups, distinguishing confirmed facts from pending dependencies or assumptions.
  • Ensure remote work completion includes secure, traceable issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation for seamless handoffs.

Requirements

  • Confidence in using work and study travel job workflows and sales support tools.
  • Ability to apply lead-focused, generation-focused execution in the context of international education platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring decisions reflect the operating environment of study/work-abroad programs.
  • Commitment to maintaining traceable, owner-assigned work with clear status updates.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$66,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
