The Lead Generation Specialist ensures lead generation activities are accurately reconciled, documented, and tracked within CRM systems across multiple business functions. Work must remain traceable, with clear ownership, status, and next actions to prevent downstream rework. The role requires maintaining data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-up in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile lead generation activities with CRM systems, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each lead within business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Coordinate and document consultant role assignments with status tracking, maintaining clarity on ownership and progress.
- Review lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Document lead generation activities and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management to ensure commercial follow-through remains usable under operational demands.
- Escalate issues with clear reasoning and context, ensuring unresolved items are surfaced before they impact downstream work.
- Apply judgment in follow-up, especially when lead generation depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
Skills
- Proficiency in Swift 7 Consultants Workflow Context and Sales Support tools within a lead generation-focused environment.
- Strong data accuracy skills, with the ability to track evidence and deadlines without loss of detail.
- Process compliance and issue escalation documentation, ensuring reasoning remains clear in cross-functional contexts.
- Judgment in follow-up, particularly when dependencies require external confirmation.
Qualifications

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$66,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
