Lead Generation Specialist

This role operates within a Brazilian travel-tech company focused on the distribution of tourism products, travel e-commerce, partner support, and technology-enabled booking operations. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for commercial follow-through, ensuring leads are managed with clear visibility of source, owner, status, and next actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lead generation activities with CRM systems, ensuring all checkpoints (source, owner, status, and next action) are visibly documented within the context of Brazilian travel-tech operations.
• Review and track official role documentation for lead generation, maintaining clear status updates and actionable next steps.
• Document lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all leads.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for lead generation activities, ensuring all work is auditable and aligned with operational priorities.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they impact downstream processes.

• Ensure commercial follow-through remains usable under the specific demands of Brazilian travel-tech operations, with completed work traceable and unresolved items assigned owners.
• Apply the "Just Travel Oficial Workflow Context" and sales support tools confidently to maintain lead-focused execution.
• Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines, ensuring all decisions are well-documented and compliant with process requirements.
• Escalate issues with clear reasoning, documenting process compliance and decision-making for future reference.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when leads depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$66,000 per year.
