Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role

The position focuses on commercial follow-through with a lead-generation specialization, ensuring decisions reflect the actual operating environment across these areas.

Every checkpoint must document a visible source, owner, status, and next action, evaluated through a lead-focused, generation-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
Responsibilities

- Reconcile branding role documentation with status tracking for lead generation, leaving visible records of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Coordinate lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate execution in the context of marketing campaigns and operations.
- Review documentation and reporting for lead generation activities, maintaining clarity and traceability across all checkpoints.
- Enforce quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
Decision-Making Standards
Strong lead-generation execution means commercial follow-through remains usable under the specific demands of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, and customer support. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.
