Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Earthing World Solution is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with experience in generating B2B leads in the Solar, Hospital Wiring, Power Plant, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong research, communication, and prospecting skills to identify potential clients and generate qualified business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads for solar projects, hospital wiring, power plants, and C&I projects.
• Identify and research potential clients, including EPC contractors, project developers, consultants, industrial companies, hospitals, and electrical contractors.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, decision-makers, and business contacts.
• Use LinkedIn, online directories, company websites, and other platforms to identify potential business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and share qualified leads.
• Track lead generation activities, maintain records in Excel or CRM, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B lead generation, sales support, or business development.
• Knowledge of the solar energy, electrical infrastructure, hospital wiring, power plant, or C&I sectors is highly preferred.
• Good communication, research, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online lead generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets while working remotely.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
