Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a private equity-backed Dental Support Organization (DSO) that acquires private practice dental offices throughout the Southeastern United States. SDP provides non-clinical support services to dentist partners, including payables and cash management, revenue cycle collections, inventory management, payroll, human resources, marketing, recruiting, and back-office management. This allows partner dentists to focus on clinical care.
About the Role
The Lead Generation Associate will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. This position also supports marketing efforts within a collaborative and motivated team in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts
- Build a deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities
- Qualify outbound partnership prospects and conduct account research
- Work closely with the business development team to generate and qualify new leads
- Manage and maintain the prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Manage the outbound mailing program and track response rates
- Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position
- Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
- Comfortable with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar database software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare services industry experience (e.g., dental, veterinary, or dermatology)
- Experience calling small business owners
