Lead Generation Associate

About the role

This candidate will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities for Star Dental Partners. The position involves assisting with marketing efforts and working within a highly collaborative and motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts
• Build deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities
• Outbound partnership prospect qualification and account research
• Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads
• Manage and maintain prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates
• Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position
• Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
• Comfortable with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar database software tool
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Ethical, results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

• Exhibit resilience and perseverance

Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare services industry, particularly dental, veterinary, or dermatology
• Experience calling small business owners
• Multi-site company experience
