Requirements

  • Lived Service Ownership: Partner with a cross-functional team to drive product performance, contributing to key outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Live Ops: Build live ops that maximize player engagement and monetization throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Data-Driven Culture: Model, analyze, and optimize in-game economies and monetization systems to balance player experience with business performance.
  • Game Health Review Cycles: Develop and implement game health review cycles that synthesize internal metrics, player feedback, and market signals to drive product improvements.
  • Marketing Alignment: Partner with Marketing to drive top-of-funnel growth strategies, ensuring acquisition efforts are aligned with in-game onboarding and early player experience.

Strategic Vision

  • Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership. Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, emerging mechanics, and untapped opportunities.
  • Insights and Roadmaps: Provide insights that prioritize the product roadmap, articulate risk/reward trade-offs, and build compelling business cases for key investments.
  • Player Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate for the player, deeply understanding who our American Football fans are, what motivates them, and how we build products they love and return to.

People & Organization

  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop other Product Managers, sharing your expertise and helping raise the bar on product craft.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Producers, Game Designers, Engineers, and external partners to align cross-functional teams around shared product goals.

Pay, Benefits, and Company Culture

Pay transparency - North America Compensation & Benefits: The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

Compensation and benefits package includes vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
