Qualifications Experience Bachelors and 5+ years of experience as a digital Product Manager leading platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations, specifically within iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile environments.Technical & Policy Translation Proven ability to bridge high-level policy goals with granular technical specifications (e.g., APIs, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code) and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Must be a citizen of the United States, with the ability to pass a Public Trust background check. Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
