Role Overview
The Lead Fulfillment Ops (Team Lead) at Fanatics Commerce is responsible for engaging internal Athletes (associates) in support of department operations. This role involves performing system and manual tasks, identifying and resolving barriers for Athletes (associates) and functional areas to meet shift goals, and providing support under the direction of a supervisor or department manager.

- Support Orientation and Training of Rookies
- Work Hand-in-Hand with Athletes to Ensure They Succeed in Daily Performance and Production
What You Bring to the Team
- 1 yr. Warehouse Experience, Preferred
- Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs
- Oversee and Support 25-30 workers
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Able to multitask
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
- Experience leading a team or department either in a professional or volunteer setting
Where You'll Work and What's Required
- Work Environment: Primarily in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to extreme weather conditions. Noise levels vary but remain within limits that do not require hearing protection. The role requires constant attention to safety, environmental, and health concerns.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day, Ability to Lift up to 25 lbs. Frequently, May be expected to lift and reach, May be expected to walk up to 10 miles daily
