Lead Frontend Engineer React

About the role

Must have experience in Frontend Development, React, and technical leadership experience.

Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.

Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development, and AI-powered development experience.

Good to have experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.

Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integration.

Nice to have: React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSockets/WebRTC, Insurance domain experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and related technologies.

Collaborate with backend engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and quality assurance.

Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance on best practices and new technologies.

Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered features and solutions within the company.

Requirements

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership.
